All the sales associates were helping other customers when I arrived. One sales associate came from the back and then went back to the back without helping me. I waited about 5-7 minutes to be helped on.

The sales associate didnt seem like she wanted to be there or help us. Everyone else looked more friendly then her. She dropped one of the rings we had out the tray and another customer picked it up and we tried telling her it was the associate who dropped it. If for any reason no one picked it up who could have gotten blamed for the misplaced merchandise

Neither of the two employees gave me a greeting. The store was changed and was way smaller. Also, unable to find things (charms); myself or the person helping me.

Availability of the items. Second visits since the store changed locations within the mall. The stock low and I have to go from East to West in the Cleveland area to make a purchase. Online items should be returned in the store if necessary.

I purchased a bracelet and the tag from the show case listed it as $55 dollars. I really was not paying attention when checking out and did not notice that the bracelet was actually $75. I purchased this along with another gift. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until I got home. Upset about this and don’t want to have to return it and spend my time going back to the store.
