I was very please with my purchase. However the sales agents all seem bothered that i came into the store or to busy to help.

The charms that I was looking for were not there and the staff didn't know if the store would be receiving them. There was no offer to clean my jewlery and when I asked about cleaning I was advised that I could do it with dawn dish detergent and warm water. I thought that this was a service that was provided.

The issue was the availability of bracelets the store did not have on hand, or they did not have the size l needed. The last time l shopped at this particular store they did have the birthday cake charm l wanted for my granddaughter l had to drive very far to get the charm. This was a inconvenient.

I didn’t like how the store was set up I came in with a certain budget for my purchase I have never been in a Pandora store. The case I picked from had two displays one had charms with the price saying $55 the other stated $35 I picked two charms. The associate pulled them for me arranged them on my bracelet and I was going to be wearing them out I got the total and it was $163 and I asked her if they were supposed to be $35 and she said no they’re $35 and up and that was not indicated on the signage. I was extremely embarrassed and didn’t want to go through the ordeal of removing the charms etc. I will stick to online ordering for better price clarification

When we initially walked in, it was relatively busy, so we walked around and looked at the charms amongst ourselves. Eventually we made our way to the main area while the sales associate was finishing up with another client. By then we have been waiting for 15 minutes. They finished up 5 minutes later, then completely overlooked us and greeted a customer that had just walked into the store. After waiting 25 minutes we still haven't been assisted. However the person that eventually greeted us was quick and helpful. If I wasn't adamant on getting a charm, I would've walked out of the store.

I entered store. Then I was asked to leave and wait outside. It was not explained to me why when she asked me to leave. I left, returned asking for supervisor. Then stood in line. Ridiculous. Finally got in the another sales rep took the mirror I was using for her customer. Lots of sales reps kept asking the person that was helping me to help them. She finally told a sales rep to ask someone else. Not a pleasant experience.

I didn't get a welcome in the store, plus having to wait like 10 minutes before anybody realized that I was trying to purchase something. The person who assisted me didn't seem very enthused about helping me or making the sale so I assumed that she was a new worker.

I have a yearly tradition of going to pandora to purchase charms for my daughters bracelet. I'm usually greeted with enthusiam and asked if I'm shopping for a special occasion. The sales associate wasn't every helpful she basically just asked me what I wanted... I told her I wasn't sure and that I was shopping for my daughters 19 Birthday and asked if she could recommend some charms... she took me to a case and pulled out a tray like basically look at these.... I also had a coupon that I had received in the mail which she abruptly said "oh that's over!" I felt defeated although I still made the purchase... just not the customer service I'm use too...
