Customer behind me told my sales person that she was there to pick up her merchandise, mind you she had her son stand in line behind me, when the sales person was done she took care of her first, even tho I was next, didn’t say a word to me clearly seeing I was next not her! Then she told me to come in and look around, I told her I knew what I wanted, she seemed surprised got me what I wanted, yes they were busy, but a thank you and a smile would of been nice!!

Long wait but somewhat understandable due to holiday and sale passed around in five minutes to 4 different sales associates felt rushed associate finally purchased from not very knowledgeable couldn’t find things didn’t show me tray collections without my asking each time and spent alot of money

Pretty dissatisfied with 90% of the Pandora charms. I have a few brackets including leather. However, the charms I have are older charms such as money bags, baby buggy, animals such as fish and a giraffe but the charms now are bulky and too much sparkle you can’t even make out why the charm is. I was extremely dissatisfied and would like an older line to be brought back.

I was being rushed to pick my merchandise out and I spent over $400.00. The sales associate was in a big hurry for some reason I felt very rushed on a lot of things because the store was becoming crowded. I was told some lame story of why I had to purchase a bracelet that was too big to bring back and return it if it was too big for my daughter which I know it is. I will return it after Christmas but will not return to this PANDORA LOCATION

Nearly none of the associates knew what was going on or what The Black Friday deal was. They made it 100% more difficult than it needed to be.

Discount is not for all

There was a 30% discount that I was not able to take advantage of because I did not want a Pandora credit card. I know they were able to apply the discount because those who were not approved still got the discount. I have enough credit card and did not want another inquiry on my credit. Not fair at all.

The overall store and merchandise was absolutely satisfying. Unfortunately, the sales associate that decided to help me was annoyed, uninterested, rude and seemed to be in a rush. She was not friendly and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to her. I will choose a different Pandora store next time I find myself needing to go to one.

The major problem I had with the store was the lack of available service. I walked into the mall and there was a person in line ahead of me and there were two people in the store shopping and two sales associates and I thought I saw an additional person that went to the back room. However the problem was I knew exactly what I wanted and I know we have the Covid issue but, I think according to the time of the day that I got there around 4:45 especially knowing that people are getting off of work and may stop by at the mall it should be staffed accordingly. There should have been at least three associates in the store to assist at that time. The place is big enough for at least three areas to work, another person stepped up in line and we were talking about how long it was taking especially if you have people that want to look at everything in there and we did that on line first to get in and out. Once I got in and they solved the issue of the merchandise that I had just received from an online purchase I made the change and I left. Would I go back no, it’s too much hassle.
