The sale Rep was not nice and but me and my sister spent over $350 , I brung in 7 Pandora Bracelets to get clean she had a funny look on her face and then said we sale jewelry cleaner , I bought a charm and she stated you can't bring it back because its on sale and it was the way she said it, I told that I have 7 Bracelets that you just cleaned, didn't take none of the charms off the chain like they used to do, I told her that I got over thousands of dollars on them bracelets I can assure you that I will not bring this charm back. Whenever I go to this store I don't get treated right that's why I shop at Strongsville Mall where the Ladies treat you nice and like you can afford the items that you purchase. I will not return to this Beachwood store to ever purchase anything ever again , I can promise you that. Inspite of the way me and my sister was treated we still made a purchase because we love Pandora Jewelry. Thanks a lot Mia for your unwelcoming service!

When I first came in the store with my little sister it was clear that the woman didn’t want to help us as I started asking her to see the items she didn’t even want to take them out the case stating that she would have to sanitize everything after we left which is understandable during Covid but the point of shopping in story is to see your merchandise before purchasing so once she let us see the merchandise she was very grabby with it back as if we weren’t going to purchase anything once she noticed we were making a large purchase her attitude seem to change with the climate of our country I honestly didn’t expect this nevertheless at a store I usually shop at toward the end of my purchase she didn’t even ask if I had an account with you all of anything she assumed I was a black young woman with no intention to come purchase from the store and it was honestly disrespectful and disgusting

I purchased a charm for my Pandora bracelet online back in April. When I received the charm I realized it didn’t fit the bracelet that I have. It’s only for another type of Pandora bracelet. I never opened the package the bracelet was in - it was never worn. I was told at the store I couldn’t exchange the item because it was past 30 days. Since I received the bracelet I have been unable to get to the store until now due to my mom having two back to back strokes and I was also sick over a month and a half. This was the first time I was able to get to the store physically. I understand Pandora has policies but I also think due to COVID they should be a little more lenient and more empathetic to each customer’s situation. I didn’t want my money back I just wanted to exchange the item for the charm that would fit my bracelet which wouldn’t have caused a loss to Pandora. But I was still told no. So now I’m stuck with a brand new charm that is useless to me. That’s poor customer service - in my opinion and makes me not want to shop anymore with this brand.

The sales associate that helped me immediately told me I was unable to do a damage swap on my merchandise that it wasn't how the policy worked. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and never had this type of problem before.

The sales associate had a bad attitude and did not let me hold the merchandise. If im spending$300 I would like to hold what I'm buying. I used the provided hand sanitizer.
