Saleswoman told me multiple times they did not have the earrings I wanted, I found them myself also I asked for my Pandora ring to be cleaned it was still dirty when she returned it to me. I made it shine myself when I got home.

The manager of the Beachwood location was very unprofessional and wasn’t aware of the process that was as set in place due to Covid regulations. She was very rude and uninviting. She gives Pandora at Beachwood a terrible reputation

During my visit to Pandora, I was highly dissatisfied with the organization of the entire process. While I understand the the store is small and that they have to enforce social distancing, I did not feel that the staff were handling things well. At one point, there was another customer standing directly next to me and another behind me. Barely 2 feet, let alone 6 feet. Also, there seemed to be an issue with my bracelet and the charms. Instead of offering to help me look at/purchase a new one, Katie (who I believe was a manager of some sort) decided to insist that I had done something wrong to make it that way. When she asked if I slept in or showered with my jewelry, I told her I do not. She continued making statements about how if I do any of those things then the bracelet could be damaged, even after I stated multiple times that I did not. Overall, my experience was not at all what I am used to with Pandora. The location in Beachwood, OH is one I will never go to again.

The sales associate that too care of me initially was excellent but during the transaction the manager intervened and started whispering to the associate in front of me. I was then told that the 1 yr warranty does not apply to the bracelet that I purchased but only the beads on the ends. I explained to the manager that no one knows if it was the beads or the bracelet that were defective which is why the entire bracelet should have been replaced but she refused. I also told the manager that I was not satisfied and that Pandora should stand behind their product and their warranty she failed to respond. I think she needs further in customer service and the implementation of your warranty policy. My family and I have been long term Pandora customers and have always received excellent treatment until now. I trust that someone in upper management can at least ensure that this never happens to another customer.

The representative in the store did not give me the free promotions item. Left the store and found out that I did not get one. My friend told me, who was with me, She told them and they would not give it to her from me after we both purchased our item together.

I am not satisfied because after getting home with the merchandise I realized that I was charged more for the merchandise than I should have been.

The sales associate, Crystal, at Beachwood mall in Ohio. Was extremely rude and had a huge attitude!! After waiting in line for 45 min to get in the store I asked a question and was dismissed with a one word answer lime I was bothering her. She was not friendly or helpful at all. I finally asked another girl for help and was treated much better. If my niece didn’t ask for these rings for her birthday, I would have walked right out without purchasing a thing!!!

I wear 14kt gold, and 95% of the time, there is a small section, even the 2 toned, also, they very seldom have sales on the gold, the only time is usually around xmas time, the shine is fake gold to me, some one bought me a shine charm and it faded in 3 months, please cater to some of us that wear real gold that's more durable, thanks
