Rude associate

While in this location at Beachwood Place I took me almost 10 minutes to be greeted there was no heavy traffic in the store I continuously browsed around without being acknowledged. I was in with the intention on making a Christmas purchase for my mother. I ended up having to browse online on my cell phone define exactly what I was looking for. After being finally graded I was able to tell the associate what I needed no more than two words were shared. The associate didn’t ask me any questions other than how did I want my receipt.

I worked with Erica P… she stayed at the station closest to the register and never checked the other stations for the charms that I was asking for. It seemed like she was almost rushing to leave. She didn't even offer to put the charms I bought on my bracelet for me. Before I had even left the store, she had her coat on and was leaving

When I went into this location I was not greeted or spoken to for about 30 minutes not even to say will be right with you. It’s very discouraging, as a customer. Also I placed an item on hold and it wasn’t on hold when I went in to pick it up.

The sales person was very distraught. I was asking for simple items. I had a budget and a item in mind. She insisted they where not in stock and continued to show me items no where close to what I asked for. After looking through more than 5 shelf’s I found what I was looking for. She also made comments on things she did not know but should have. For example she said there wasn’t anything lowering that 45 and I found multiple items that was.

First, the sales person told me the 35% did not apply to be since I already has a pandora card which was incorrect and she never apologized. She kept walking away from me and when making my purchase I had to have other associates help me. I asked her if she had any small letters for the locket I purchased and when asking another associate they did. She said it’s silver. That wasn’t my question. She opened the locket with some heart( which was hard to open) I was so sure she was going to scrape the color off. When cleaning off the charm she blew her breath in my face and to top it off she didn’t even put tissue paper in my bag.. I love what I purchased but the sales rep wasn’t knowledgeable or courteous

Did not have the charm I wanted, nor did they know when it would be in. My sale associate was very dry no smile, just was not friendly at all. Did not make me feel like she wanted to help me nor be there..

Waited in the store for twenty minutes before being waited on. Staff failed to even greet us during that time. I understand it busy but it's professional to just welcome customers to the store and say "we'll be with you shortly". Very disappointing. If I had not been shopping for my stepdaughter's birthday I would have left the store and spent my money elsewhere.
