The sales person was slow in locating what I wanted. When she finally returned, she informed me that what I wanted was not available. I told her that I would rather have the item which was in the display case instead, which she reluctantly agreed. Also, the information in your system did not match and she wanted to debate me on the authenticity of my name and e-mail address when I firmly told her that when I originally bought the merchandise, I was not asked for any information at all -- it seemed as if the original person who sold me the product just added someone else name instead because I was never asked to supply any information.

Took the associates forever to even acknowledge me. I waited quite awhile to be assisted and also no one told me how long I had to wait. Once, I was finally assisted the sales associate did not apologize for how long I waited. Staff was very rude and not helpful.

Hello, The store was not staffed properly. I had to wait about 15 mins before someone seen me and i know people where waiting so i felt a bit rushed. I didn’t have my debit card with me to pay for my items tried to use Apple Pay that was not an option. So i had the rep hold it for me. Once i returned a few hours later i had to stand in a line outside the store for about 10 and was not able to enter seems a little un inviting.

My sales associate was rude and uninterested in my sale. I spent $275 in the store and she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I will NOT shop at this Pandora location again!!!

I felt like the sales women was rushing me,she was annoyed that I wanted to look at several items, she didn’t have the ring sizer, normally I always have a good experience at Pandora, but I didn’t this time.

It was black friday and there were not adequate store employees working. The ipad registers were also very slow. The systems were not in place to accommodate the crowd. Many customers left.

The store manager is passive aggressive and rude. Suggesting things like not to buy anything if you don’t know if it fits. She also says you’re welcome when no one said thank you. She is on a power trip.

The store manager, Katie was extremely dry and unnecessarily rude at the onset of and throughout our interaction. I asked that she wipe off the charm and provide tissue in the bag for presentation. She had to be reminded of my request to wipe off the charm (I asked nicely, she responded rudely).Also, she was rude and dry as she stuffed a piece of tissue in the bag and verbalized that it is part of the gift wrap that she offered for an additional $5, that I had declined. I left the store, shared my experience with my husband via phone and was recommended to turn around and return the item, which is exactly what I did. If Katie, as the manager, is having a bad day, as a LONG TIME CONSUMER WITH PANDORA, … I should have never been able to feel it. From the onset of our interaction, she was unpleasant. I have spent a lot of money with your company over the years and do not appreciate the way that I was treated today by your store manager. Perhaps, if she’s having a bad day… she should stay home because she clearly is unable to remain professional and control her emotions.

I tried to exchange my bracelet that I received for Christmas. The rep has me try on my size and spoke with the manager that whispering about me but never addressed me. My mother purchased the bracelet but I wasn’t sure when and we tried over 10 numbers to try to locate the order. We finally found the purchase. I was told I wasn’t able to exchange it because it was over 30 days but she exchanged my charm and said she would exchange the bracelet despite what the manager said, I told her I didn’t want to get her in trouble. I spoke with the manager in a calm tone intentionally and then she tried to tell me to stop yelling and calm down and I clearly wasn’t telling. That’s what she wanted me to do. I don’t appreciate how she tried to depict me as an angry black woman when I was clearly explaining the situation. Her name was Katie and she was extremely rude and condescending. Poor customer service
