Sales Associate pretended to phone another store to hold merchandise for me to go pick up once I drove 15 miles to other store they were close but associates came to door and informed me that no one called to inquire about Merchandise and that was A Waste of travel for me very inconsiderate of that Associate.

My customer service representative was very cold, almost like we were a bother to her. She kept making statements like don’t make an order in line or it will be cancelled period and the tone of the message was very unwelcoming almost like she was speaking to a bunch of children.

Stood in line for a long time. Sales lady outside rude and dismissive. I had to go in then I was able to exchange on line order.

I will not return to the Beechwood Ohio location. Can we please get a smile!! I felt rushed & the young lady had no personality or professionalism. I had a return & she did little to nothing to help. She needed the Mgr every step of the way. The Mgr said Store Credit was my only option because I purchased online using my PayPal(which is attached to my personal bank account). What a waste of my time! I called Customer Service & of course, I could've done a return via mail option. Now I'm really upset! Lack of knowledge causes such an inconvenience to the Consumer. This is by far the worst Pandora, which happens to be closet to my home. The line service sucks as well, they are NOT SANITIZING in between customers & to get them to say excuse me? NEVER...the previous day I was in and my consultant went to ring me out, well the other woman had her Customers come in my area & said " you can look from her" like I wasn't standing there. I did let my salesperson know how rude that was.

The sales associate was not knowledgeable at all. She was rude and very unprofessional. Walked out on me and argued with me because she didn’t know her job and was obviously having a bad day.

I took my necklace, rings and earrings in for a cleaning. After the associate cleaned them I just put them in a a bad instead of putting them back on. When I got home I tooled them out the bad and my earrings were still dirty and the clasp in my necklace wouldn’t snap.

I was there the week before and spent 300.00 on charms and my sister spent the same. We saw some discontinued charms at 30% off. I especially liked the Happy Birthday charms. I was going to purchase 3. They had plenty. I went back this week and they said they were never discounted.

I felt rushed during my interaction with the associate. I selected a few pieces and then she was trying to ring me out but I wasn’t finished. There was no line or anyone else waiting. I also had a charm inscribed on a dog tag and the font was so small I can’t even read it. I didn’t like feeling rushed when trying to decide. I was replacing a Pandora necklace for which the clasp broke and is over 1 year old and essence collection which is not sold anymore.
