I will not purchase at this Beachwood location I'm asm at retail stores and the associate were rude I made a purchase for my niece for Christmas the Charm she wanted they gave me the wrong one ok I'm sure it was a mistake but the response was ridiculous the associate said if I could go in the back I would go in the back in make . Strike 1 I spend 200 to 400 dollars when I shop at pandora store I have several bracelets. Her job is to find a solution not a smart remark I ask her to check the mentor location she avoided on doing so . I felt as a customer again we should of found a solution , to the mistake I didn't get what I ask for to gift or when I came to do my return. That associate fault her mistake she should of double check herself if she wasn't sure. When my associate is at fault we do a customer satisfaction discount to say sorry our mistake but at the same time we like having you as a customer I got neither and that's said

What you advertise on line do not be what in the store been discontinued just false information to get you in the store knowing the item are not available even after you take the time to put them in your bag for pickup!!!

I felt like I was being rushed wasn't given enough time to look at the merchandise the sales associate was very knowledgeable and actually quite disrespectful I felt like I was being judged profiled and made fun of I feel the workers at the store need more training in customer service and I will not return to the store

I called to checked on the bracelet promo you were running at a local store. They said yes they were running it, and never told me it was the last day. I never received emails about it ending. I went to purchase items and was told the promo was over and would not be extended for me, although it had been extended already for two days. I explained that I had already spent over $500 at pandora this holiday season. Manager never bothered to look that up, just said no to the promo. So you lost the higher sale, and I will not be making future purchases. I only purchased what I had already told the person I was getting them for Christmas. I don’t think losing a higher sale and future purchase was worth the price of a $65 give away bracelet that probably costs you $15 to make. Managers need to learn that the customer is always right. I’ve worked retail for over 15 years. And you don’t lose a sale over a promo. I expected more. So I took my money to the next big jewelry designer. Kendra Scott. Ever heard of her??? Pandora, you need to realize you are not the only jewelry people in the business. And you’re going to have to work harder to get mine!

The manner in which the COVID protocols were handled was completely inappropriate. The only employee I witnessed pointing to the floor dictating were customers should stand was employee A working with me. I am 50 years old, the last time someone pointed to the floor to dictate were I should stand was when I was in kinder-garden. Correction employee B dictated where one customer should stand only after employee A talked to employee B about me when they were behind the register - I witnessed it. If employees are so concerned about COVID their practice is to dictate where customers stand, they need to not be coming into work.

Representative Marissa was very rude and unprofessional towards teenage daughter. My daughter is black and was told by Marissa to get out of the store now. Rep did not state that it was due to COVID. Daughter and friends left the store but my daughter returned a short time after alone and was greeted with "what do you want". My daughter who is very non confrontational was taken back by this demeanor but proceeded to purchase a charm for my Birthday despite how poorly she and her friends were treated. Called and spoke to manager Katie and Jennifer at the Corporate office to voice my concerns regarding this incident. I am going to return the charm and purchase it from another store. I have close to 25 charms on my bracelet but I cannot in good conscious keep this charm that caused such distress to my dughter

Associate was not friendly at all , also told associated that this was a gift and did she wrap box , she said yes, after left went home look in box , and box is not wrapped.
