Although we didn’t pre order and understand there was a line. We had everything picked out and knew what we wanted when it was our turn. But of coarse no sales associate knew where anything was. Was not willing to help and nothing was in stock. The employees at beach wood mall Ohio need to take a class on customer service. The only time they actually tried to help was when we told them to forget about everything we were leaving. Either get new employees or retrain. Terrible experience and pretty much will never go back it was rather pathetic to see how much they care about helping customers .

The manager Natasha was very rude an unprofessional with me. She made me it seem as though I was an interruption and inconvenience in her day. Her tone was sarcastic. In the end she snidely smiled in my face and in a cynical, almost smirking, manner told me no she couldn’t help me. It was the worst customer experience ever. I will not patronize the store while she is there. And I would like to file a formal complaint.

I called while in line about the cassette tape charm. Was told they didn't have it over the phone, when I got in and inquired about it the cashier said they had it and we proceeded with the transaction. This has happened several times at this location!!! Why even answer the phone

The sales associate showcased the half off offers. The price reflected fifty percent, but the item did not ring up. The amount was minimum. However, the sales associate should have adjusted the price and made it right. Customer service is key.

The line was outside of the store which I understand is for social distancing but I was asked to stand in the middle of a busy walkway which defeats the purpose of social distancing. The bigger issue is the associate outside. Several people were able to cut in front of me since I was standing in the middle of a walkway (where she instructed me to stand) she saw this and did nothing. I asked to purchase a gift card since the line was so long (not upset about this I understand it is Christmas) she said yes I would be next and pointed to the table and the man being helped at the time. Several different parties were then escorted to the line in front of me and several people that she seemed to know were not asked to wait in line and were helped immediately. It seemed that if you didn't wait in line and just asked a question you were actually helped. I went to the Strongsville location today and had a much better experience I have no desire to return to this location after the service I received.

I was purchasing charms and I asked to see them , and the lady asked would I like to see the cheapest ones which I thought was very rude and disrespectful.

They offered a bracelet on a poster if I spent $125.00.Which I did only to find that the bracelet was out of stock.Yet the sign was still up.Why advertise something you don’t have?

Waited over an hour and spent $500 on Christmas presents had to go back and wait another 45 minutes because the snowflake and earrings that I purchased for $99 was missing the earrings had to go back another time because the bracelet I bought to put the Star Wars chart Star Wars charms on the class was broken waited 40 minutes in line to do an exchange
