I am highly dissatisfied with the warranty and return policy on the flat bracelet which was purchased for me as a gift; however when I tried to return it within 4 days with the receipt because the clasp keeps popping open and two charms had already fallen off I was denied a store credit or exchange.

I cane to the store to exchange a product, all the sales assistant at that location were waiting for the manager that too an our break at the rush hour and everyone was uninformed about how they do the process, My sister bought a ring and they Gave her the box without a bag and treated her like they were in a rush even though we were the only customer in the store and no one was on the line at that time.

In December I purchased 3 charms and was able to get the promotional free gift which was the Bright Snowflake bangle bracelet. 2 out of those 3 charms were gifts for family members. My husband purchased me 2 charms for Christmas and with the one I bought myself, I put all 3 on the new bracelet. In January while driving home, I realized that the clasp on the bracelet was open and all 3 charms had fallen off. I thought maybe I had not closed the clasp all the way, but when I wore the bracelet again, the same thing happened. The clasp kept coming open. When I explained this to the sales associate in the store, she first implied that I might have done something for the clasp to come undone (how rude and unprofessional), then she talked to the manager and after inspecting the bracelet they decided that it was in fact damaged and exchanged it for me. I was told charms are not replaced if lost or stolen. The bracelet was clearly defective and that is why the charms were lost. I have purchased many items over the years from Pandora, so I am very disappointed that the store will not do anything for me. I did not lose the charms because of negligence, I lost them because of a defect

There was a line I was next and a Caucasian lady walked in and she was helped before I was. It was evident I had been standing in line in the store waiting for longer than 7 minutes for assistance.

1. the one year warranty 2.the internet sales aren't link to the stores .The fact that a stone fell out & dnt give u the option to get it fixed

I really like Pandora but this experience today was terrible, Pandora is not a product that you can buy everyday and expend a lot of money, so I think that if a customer arrives to buy, the sales assistant should be thankful and kindness, your sales girl Julie was not bad but terrible worst, in bad mood and without the interest of selling, I do not know if she did not like me but what it is sure is that I would never want to go to buy that store if I would know she will be there.

The sales associate got smart with me. Said she well "whatever" I take that as a form of disrespect. You Dont say WHATEVER to a customer. They did not have the size bracelet I needed, so I asked for or my money back. On top of it all-I had to wait about 15 plus minutes for service. No one ever acknowledged me or even said sorry for your wait.Not a good experience at all! When people are spending money that expect much better service!

None of the charms I wanted were avaliable, very poor selection, all stores that were called had the charms I was looking for, but to far away! I still spent almost 300$ and I didn't hey a percetage off an apology or anything
