Pandora Jewelry

After the sales associate checked me out she put the charm on my bracelet, while doing so, she had to take both of my clips off and she only put one of them back on. When I returned back to the store to retrieve it, the manager looked at the cameras and preceded to tell me "I don't see why she would need to steal it when she works at a jewelry store" when I didn't accuse her of stealing it, I simply said that she misplaced it and she continued this even after I clearly explained to her how she took it off. I had to buy a whole new clip but that's not what I'm mad about, I am outraged that the manager was rude and didn't try to fulfill my needs when it was her employee that made the mistake and I will never return to this pandora again.

I have a pandora credit card. I gave my name to the employee for sign in. I told her I had the credit card. She said there was a long wait. I said to her, I have the pandora credit card, i should not have to wait as long. I should be on a short list. It’s a perk for having credit card. She said no.I have to wait. I waited about 45 minutes.Finally my turn. Ask girl about line jump with pandora credit card. She said I should not have waited. Very unhappy with service.☹️☹️☹️

I went into the store to purchase one item = I knew exactly what it was and just wanted to purchase it and leave. I waiting around 15 minutes, no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I finally spoke up and the clerk said you have to sign in. How was I supposed to know that, there was no sign and I didn't see anyone to sign in with. When I located her, I signed in but still waited another 15 minutes before I asked for the Manager. I told her I was going to report them since they would not wait on me. She finally asked one of the clerks to help me. She was not very friendly or nice - I purchased it and left but will NEVER shop in that store again. Very rude people work there.
