I was able to purchase the item that I wanted.

I received a pandora 50 charm fir my 50th Birthday. I went into the store to purchase additional charms; as there was a promotion to receive a FREE bracelet. The Sales Associate; who I later learned was the store manager was EXCELLENT! I was frustrated with the clasp and not of user friendliness of one of the bracelets; however, Katie was patient and educated me on my other options. She is also a great SalesPerson; as I ended up spending $300, but that also included 2 FREE bracelets. The customer service was excellent by Katie. I only came to Pandora; due to receiving a gift. I will definitely return for additional charms; bracelet styles. Thanks, KATIE at the Beachwood Mall location in Beachwood, OH; for being an example of the quality of service I always desire. You executed it well; also was a great sales person..educating me on the product...all while getting me to purchase additional items to enhance the quality of my Pandora experience. Thanks, again! The associate that helped me, Katie C, was very patient and helpful. She was willing to take time to let me decide. She was willing to show me various charms as well as offer suggestions. Probably the most helpful associate I’ve had help at this store

My bracelets were tarnished from my lotions and perfumes and the sales persin cleaned them and now they look brand new. She was very knowledgable on how to care for them in the future and was very nice!

The young lady that helped me was very quick to help she was very patient with me for I took some time to finally pick out the perfect charm. We also had a few laughs. The overall experience was great.
