Very friendly environment. Our sales person, Eileen was incredible and helped was with everything.

The staff was very courteous, the store was clean, and they had a significant amount of charms in stock. I also was enjoying looking at the rings.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The sales associate was very helpful in helping me decide on which charm I would purchase. She removed my bracelets so that they could be cleaned while I was making my new purchase.

My sales associate was very friendly. She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. She tried to fix my bracelet but highly recommended that I purchase a new one because my old one couldn’t be fixed. She even helped me pick out 2 new charms that I a absolutely love

Karen is so nice. She made sure that I had what I needed. I also showed her some things on my wishlist and said they are out of a couple of them but they are getting a shipment this week and if they are in the shipment she would call me.

Lashaun had really great customer service! She helped me pick out my first bracelet & I love it ! She was nice and patient with me

I knew exactly what I wanted during this visit. Serenity (I think that was the young lady’s name) immediately greeted me, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she quickly retrieved it and made my visit short and sweet. I thanked her and told her I’d see her next time.

Karen, the associate that serviced me was amazing. She was extremely patient with me and made great suggestions as I attempted to make a final decision on my purchase. I will seek Karen out during my next visit.
