My sales associate was very helpful and friendly she helped me find my find size an also a very be pandora set for my self

I entered the store and immediately was greeted with a “HELLO”..l went in to have my bracelet and charms cleaned, they did it on the spot. I was looking at the charms and found one that was exactly what l wanted, it was a heart in remembrance of my brother who died January 27th 22 and then the sales associate told me l could get it engraved with anything l wanted on it, l had his name on one side and on the back his birth date and the date he died, l was over joyed at the fact l waited about 20 minutes and it was done, l was very impressed with that. Thank you so much.

Friendly staff as soon as I walked in, good selection. Personal conversation from the manager…she asked who was graduating (I bought a grad hat charm & bracelet). As a mom its nice to have someone else ask me questions and be interested in me!

My most recent purchase experience was excellent in that although there was.a sudden influx of guests, the sales associates were friendly and attentive. The young woman that helped me was both pleasant and knowledgeable about the merchandise and she was able to successfully guide me in my purchase.
