My sales associate was new but her trainer was with her every step of the process. The trainer was courteous, patient and knowledgeable. The new person thanked me several times for my patience.

Pandora’s associates always gives extremely good service. The wait is never long except during Holidays but you are given the option of ordering on line and pickup in store. The selection is large and the jewelry is made to last a lifetime. The quality is exceptionally great and it’s affordable.

I love the branded charms and beads. The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. The experience is always very pleasant. Shopping during the week has no wait time.

The sales associated was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products. She also took her time to answer all of my questions and helped me with selecting the right products. She also offered me other similar products which I might like. The store was very clean, well lit and there were plenty of staff to help with all of the customers. By the end of my long transaction, there were a couple other customers waiting to be helped. The only "issue" I had is that I had to buy a charm on sale online because it was not available in the store. I wish there was a way the online purchase could have been combined with the in store purchase since I was buying with my new Pandora credit card.

Well I had a buzz light year charm that had broke literally a day after my warranty day. I went inside the store to talk to someone about getting another charm. This young lady wouldn’t budge and was actually kind of mean. I’m a regular at pandora, my bracelet is filled to the max with charms that I’ve gotten from that particular store. I was little sad that a regular customer was treated that way. The ladies who I talked to yesterday about that interaction apologized to me & made me feel sooo better. I love them & pandora!!
