The customer service from the Beachwood location is amazing! They took their time explaining the merchandise and I was able to find the perfect charm bracelets for my granddaughters! I will be back to fill their bracelets throughout the year!

The young lady that helped me, Ms Eileen, was very kind and professional! I told that I needed a charm to hold my other charms on my bracelet and led me right where I needed to be! She was very patient with me, and even showed me some new products which I absolutely loved and ended up buying. I never have an issue when I visit this store. The workers are always friendly and eager to help!

Our sales associate(Serenity) was pleasant upon entering the store, we were greeted with a smile and "Welcome to Pandora", how may I assist you today?? Absolutely delightful.. as first timers, we were shown various selections, colors, styles, discussed possibilities of charms, shown the engraver and choices there, very professional, yet friendly. We laughed, was shown how to mix and match charms, how to clean the bracelet and charms, storage, and given a little white cloth bag for storage. The experience as first timers was exceptional, and we will both be returning soon. Birthdays are approaching, more charms!!!
