A few months back I have a bad experience at the Beachwood Ohio Store. I called in and filed a compliant, and mentioned that I would never shop at the store again. I decided to give the store another try. My experience has been wonderful because of the sales rep Katie C. She is awesome! The Beachwood Store has my business again.

Dasia was so kind, patient, and helpful. We arrived six minutes before closing and she was so polite about my rudeness. I felt terrible but I really needed this bracelet for a birthday party. Dasia explained the sizing and thoroughly explained the return policy to me as well. I am so thankful for her kindness.
