I was overall very satisfied with this Pandora purchase experience. My main concern is that there is a significantly long line outside the store every time I go there. I feel that the staff is working very diligently to help customers in the appropriate ways so that they can find exactly what they need. However, I have not had this experience at a different store about 20 minutes away. I’m not sure if it’s because of the store size as a limitation, or if there’s other factors. I have noticed recently that the employees do not send you quite as familiar with their product lines. In the end, they’ve always been curious enough help me find what I’m looking for.

First I got a phone call from one of your store associates inviting me to come and check out the sale but the time and date. Once I arrived at the store there was really no line everyone in the store was being taken care of pretty quicklyand efficiently. The associate that waited on me was polite professional and her favorite color is blue.

Taylor was very sweet phenomenal customer service. I wasn’t sure what to pick out and she helped me she did a excellent job. I had a ring that lost a diamond as well as a charm that lost a diamond she was very helpful at replacing both of those for me.

From the time I walked in the customer service was definitely great. Secondly the woman who helped me definitely was nice and helpful very personable and I appreciate that because good customer service is hard to come across today.
