The only thing I absolutely hate is that you can't move freely to look at items in other Tray's. Your company definitely missed out, because after the completion of my purchase I noticed a blue colored charm that was not in the tray my salesperson showed me, so she did say I can get it for you, it was too late I chose not too purchase or look
