Pandora Jewelry

My son and i visited Pandora in search for a memorable gift for his Grand mothers birthday. An associate named Serenity did an excellent job describing options for the perfect gift. She was kind, knowledgeable, patient and personable. She even helped me find a beautiful necklace for myself.

Mia was very friendly, and extremely helpful. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. I usually prefer to shop online, but Mia definitely made my experience worth coming back in person. My daughter LOVES the charms Mia helped me pick out. Thank you! I’ll be back soon!

The store associate was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select two charms for my sister n law who celebrated her birthday on 2/19. The store was bright, clean and easy to move around. I felt safe going inside during Covid. I'm going to take my bracelet to be cleaned next time I go to the mall. I didn't know Pandora offered a free cleaning service. Thank you

This was my first time and it was amazing my sales associate was jasmine in the beachwood Ohio location and she is AMAZING!!!!!!! I will be back on pay day to see jasmine again!!! She knew exactly what she was doing
