The sales associate Serenity was so nice, pleasant and patient with me during my shopping experience for a birthday gift for my sister. I already knew what I wanted to purchase but one the items was not available at the Beachwood store location. Miss Serenity offered to check other stores to see if the item was available at another store. I figured that Miss Serenity had been so welcoming and willing to offer other alternatives to make my sister birthday gift special that I decided to complete my purchase with an associate that made my shopping experience as special as the occasion that I was shopping for.
