I have been to this location 3 times, 2 prior to Christmas, and once after. All three times there seemed to be a lack of sales associates. 3 sales and 1 manager does not seem like enough people during the holidays. Waited in line outside the store for about 20 minutes, and people behind me waited even longer. I love Pandora and have many bracelets and charms. One thing I would like to comment on is the change in the boxes, tissue and wrapping of the items. After placing an order on line, it was received in a paper box; not in a hard body box and wrapped with a pink box like previous years. I understand going green, However, Tiffany would not sell you a diamond ring and put it in a paper box. I would hope that this change is rethought.

The associate was very kind and admirable. I simply love Pandora and the expertise and great customer service and relations!

The line was moving impressively fast for it to be so long the associate knew exactly what I needed and got it to me without me even needing to enter the store
