Excellent customer service

I was not sure they could fix my bracelet because it was very black and dirty. The lady that greeted me was very pleasant and assured me that we can fix it and helped me immediately. She cleaned and polished my bracelet while I waited, and was very pleasant. The store was clean and beautiful. My bracelet came out shiny and she recommended buying a cleaner and I bought one. I was very impressed!

There was a line at the store which I was not expecting. The sales associate at the pop-up store offered to help me and then facilitated my purchase without my having to stand in line. It was much faster than if I’d had to stand in line! I appreciated the help!

The associate was friendly and very patient. She shared with me options for various bracelets, necklaces, and charms. She really listened to the goals I wanted to accomplish with my jewelry.

Taylor was very knowledgeable of the products and provided excellent customer service. I was highly satisfied with my customer experience.

Helpful and friendly

I was able to walk right in the store on Black Friday weekend without any wait time. I was excited I did not have to wait in a long line. The sales associate promptly waited on me and completed my transaction with ease.
