The sales women was great , nice , and a pleasure to work with .She was fast with working with my friend and I and took very well care of us

I purchased a bracelet for my daughter and had it shipped to out home, but when we opened it and out on the bracelet the clasp was broken in two! And one bracelet that I was given as a gift broke in the same way. So I made a mental note to return them. I finally got around to it and the associate was more than understanding and extremely helpful! She even gave me tips for proper maintenance and recommended the cleaning kit, which I purchased. Thanks!
