Sales associate Veronica#237366 was very helpful with choosing my bracelet. I was concerned with my bracelet falling off as I have a similar bracelet (which is no longer available) and it sometimes falls off unexpectedly; this young lady suggested an item that links to both ends of the bracelet and keeps it from falling off in case it catches on to something, etc. She even put two rubber dohickies 😆 on the ends to keep this item from sliding. I was so impressed that I purchased the bracelet and the extra items. I was very impressed!!! Thank you so much Ms. Veronica!!
