I ordered items online that didn't fit, the exchange was great. I had an issue with my bracelet and Associate cleaned and shined it beautifully.

Elizabeth was very helpful with restoring g my friends bracelet back to new. The bracelet had not been cleaned in a year so it took Elizabeth 3 times to get it restored and she was very diligent in making me happy.
