Sales staff was very friendly. Explained things well. I purchased something that didn't fit my bracelet and she explained it well and exchanged it with no problem. And cleaned my bracelet

I felt comfortable and safe in the store. The associate sanitized the areas after each customer had left. I got great customer service. She was very helpful in my decision making.

Our sales associate name was Devan. She was the kindest and sweetest person who knew exactly what she was doing! We told her what we were looking for and she showed up the perfect items that were exactly what we were looking for. 10/10

I appreciated the fact that during COVID 19 while waiting in line outside the store the sales associate came outside the store and made sure that everyone was practicing social distancing and standing in the marked points on the floor of the line. In addition to help speed up our wait process the sales associate inquired about what the guests were shopping for to speed up our instore process.

The associate really was kind once I finally received service. Knowledgeable about inventory and offered other options if the charm I wanted was out of stock. I would go back just because I like her service and the new worker that was with her. Very personable.

The pickup process was quick and easy. My order was ready for me and was correct. When I decided to buy myself more charms the lady was very friendly and patient with me while picking them out. She did get the price of one of them wrong ( it was more expensive than the price she told me) but I still got the charm anyway!

Me and my mother had Katie as our sales associate, she absolutely wonderful. She was honest with us, she took her time with us and she never once got frustrated with us and she was beyond patient! We kept her laughing and she kept us laughing. Would definitely return again! Thanks Katie C.!!!
