The line was very long but didn't wait long for help. The employees where very in formed on their products.It took only 40 minutes to get in and out.Which made me happy in an very crowded mall

The line went quickly. The associates were personable and the store was clean.

Good Quality merchandise, always have what we need, the merchandise makes great gifts like always, and always love coming back when I can catch some sales.

I purchased the item online and then when I receive it it was the wrong size. I took it directly to the store they were able to get me the correct size and have it packaged for me nicely for Christmas. I was also able to get my jewelry cleaned while I was waiting in line.

I was very pleased with the jewelry that I purchased from Pandora I purchased a bracelet and 3 charms .

As soon as we walked into the store we were immediately greeted and assisted. I had something specific in mind that I wanted to see and the store had the item and there was a 35% off sale! The woman assisting us asked if we needed anything else which of course we didn’t! But we ended up finding a ring for my sister as well! Easily able to cross two gifts off of my list.
