The sales associate was very friendly very knowledgeable she was very helpful and took her time with me.

Devin, the sale associate, helped me pick out a few charms for my wife's birthday. She literally went above and beyond to make sure I made the right choice. The level of customer service and product knowledge she displayed was exponentially more than I expected, for the other retail stores basically pushed me along when I asked too many questions. Kudos to Devin and the Pandora team at Beachwood Mall!

Sydney was great she really took her time with me, she made conversation and we laughed, she helped me pick out two new charm's. I was returning one due to not looking nice on my bracelet. She was a lot of help will be returning back this weekend for a new one. Thanks for the grate customer service, we really need that in these times.
