I would highly recommend the Beachwood Store because of Devan and Katelyn. I was in the store for 4 hours. Devan was very patient and courteous. She didn't even mind when I requested the help of Katelyn to help with the finishing touches to my bracelets along with manager Naomi. I spent a total of $3,860.27 and I am still not finish. I sent my niece out today to purchase a solid 14 karat gold safety chain for my 14 karat solid gold bracelet and a safety chain for my reflections bracelet. I still need a 14 karat gold charm and a silver charm. All 3 ladies deserve a bonus and a promotion. Good customer service is very hard to come by these days even when you are spending your hard earned money . My niece Destinee spent over $3,000 as well.
