This is my favorite Pandora store.The sales associates are always so nice and helpful.They aren't trying to push me to buy more, Nayely is amazing she always helps me balance out my bracelet s. She like my personal shopper I just love her.

From start to finish the welcoming of the staff was great I felt comfortable and relaxed for buying this gift. Very knowledgeable of items in store and staff was very helpful with helping me select the perfect charms.

The lock on my bracelet had gotten lose so I took it back and they replaced the entire bracelet because of the one year warranty. I think that was awesome. I even had my charms and my necklace cleaned.

The sales rep (Nayely) has the highest level of customer service. Great Knowledge of Pandora products. Great sales person made me and my husband comfortable with our purchase early Christmas gift for your daughter. Will be returning within a week to make another purchase for our other daughter.

When I was in line my sales person asked what I was looking to purchase today. I knew exactly what I came for and she showed me everything I wanted and started my daughter’s 21st birthday bracelet milestone. I was so pleased and my daughter loved it.
