The customer service was great. Katie C was personable, friendly & kept a smile on her face the entire time. She listened & understood my needs. She got me exactly what I asked for plus the store was clean & they were great about the social distancing.

I called the store, they had the merchandise I needed and set it aside for me to pick up in the store. When I arrived I purchased my items and left. It was quick and I had excellent service. I just they could have mailed the items to my daughters directly from the store for me.

Store was easy to move around in. Theis store is clean as while as the customer service was good. The other times I've been up there them attends where very nice and helpful.

I received the Pandora gift card for my birthday so I was fully excited to pick a bracelet out and charms...

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with smiles. Secondly it smelled very good inside the store. And lastly the sales reps were extremely professional.

Katelyn was amazing!!! She was insanely patient and friendly and made the experience the perfect event for my daughters birthday. Ot was such a great experience that we went in there for one ring and walked out with 5!! Kudos to Katelyn!!!
