The store practice social distancing and still you felt good about shopping...the salesperson went above her duty to try to locate a bracelet I wanted.

As soon as I walked in the store the sale associate Katelyn greeted me and assisted me with i was looking for, she was pleasant and attentive to me and she made great suggestions, this once my 1st visit to Pandora and it was very enjoyable experience and I will be visiting and telling my friends and family about my experience.

My sales associate was very sweet and kind. She was very helpful and patient. My sales associate was willing to do anything to make sure i was highly satisfied before walking out of the store.

Kathryn C was knowledgeable with the merchandise I purchased by letting me know the charms I purchased would not fit my bracelet I had to exchange. She was very friendly.

Even dealing with this pandemic the staff at the store were very kind and helpful with me picking out items as a gift for my sister

Great customer service! Associate was pleasant and helped me pick out what I wanted. She also cleaned my bracelet, which was really nice.
