My sister and I went to the Pandora star August 1. In Mentor store. They were very rude nothing to choose from. So we left went to Beachwood mall. Very very satisfied.

I received assistance in an appropriate time matter when searching for a product. I was given recommendations on products. And lastly, through the communication on different products, one was chosen.

Customer assistance was nice and friendly, section that i was standing in was sanitized prior to me being directed to stand there. She also was patient with me while i was making a decision on what to purchase

I walked in not knowing what i wanted to get my bestie for her birthday the sales associate helped me throughout the whole process gave me suggestions and even offered to clean my pandora necklace while i was purchasing my item

I was highly satisfied because of the great customer service. There was a line due to COVID precautions and a rep came out and got an idea what each customer needed. By the time I walked in she had my exchanges ready for me and that cut the time in half.

The cashier was very helpful and was very patient with me allowing me to take my time and pick out what I wanted!!

Kathryn C was wonderful and made my experience wonderful. She know her merchandise, she spent time with me. Especially, I noticed she cleaned my bracelet very, very good. Did not miss a detail. I spent almost $200.00. She cares!
