I am not rating the store, it was great service. Pandora online service is horrible, items shipped in plastic baggie, AND not my full order. Customer service was a nightmare, could care less about my order (PND07484954). Blamed the Holiday for the extremely bad service. The presentation in the store was beautiful! I buy and receive several gifts a year. Buying online should be the same, but so far from it. ONLINE is a disappointment!

As soon as I walked into the store, I was immediately welcomed and greeted by the associates. I was really excited to start my first Pandora bracelet and my associate was great! All of the charms I wanted (and the bracelet type) were in stock. It really made my day.

I been shopping at pandora for while now and I love the store I love my bracelets but I wish the Items was a little cheaper but I still love the Quality of the jewelry.
