It’s always a great time whenever I visit. They are always so helpful no matter what and you always get what you paid for. I would recommend for sure.

My sales associate (KATHRYN C) in the Beachwood, OH store was super knowledgeable about all things Pandora. She meet all my needs and exceeded them. I was only going in the store for repositioning & balancing my bracelet and came out a very happy customer with what I came for and 2 new clips & a safety chain that totally enhanced my already beautiful bracelet at great sale prices. She also reiterated the care of my pandora bracelet. I will return for a ring next.

I was very welcomed at Crocker Park in Westlake Ohio I previously called South Park at which the sales associate was very rude and hung up. The girls at Crocker Park apologised for what I experienced and went above and beyond helping get my Olaf charms even locating one they didn't have. I will only come back to this Pandora.

The sales associate was knowledgeable in the products. It resembled more of a relationship opposed to a salesman. She invited me back after completing the survey to make another purchase. She also informed me about Perspective promotions.
