My saleswoman Kristen mad sure that I was satisfied before ringing me out and pushing me out the door. Kristen was very polite and she gave me suggestions on charms for my new bracelet. I was truly pleased when it was time for me to leave with my merchandise, I will be back to Pandora and I only want Kristen to show me new bracelets and charms.

Because the sales person was Very wonderful with helping with returning my bracelet and making sure I got another one and making sure everything was right I really did appreciate that so much 😊
