Looking for rings found two I liked. salesperson made very good suggestions on styles. She help me find the correct sizes . Made suggestions on the next items to look for next visit. Her name JennaS She was great

I was met by sales associate Crystal (no. 186567) who gave me a warm welcome. In fact, her presence was calm, professional and welcoming. The reason I even complete this survey is to mention that I was helped by three sales associates, and it seemed that Crystal maybe was a little new? She did ask her colleagues som questions, but I reacted to that it seemed like she didn't get a chance to be independent in the sale. I was interested in hearing what she had to say, but she kept getting interrupted by the other staff members. Her presence is exactly what I associate with Pandora, and hope to see her succeed in the future! Thank you for helping us!

I always used this store for my Pandora purchases. The sales personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. But you should give them permission to kindly ask ppl with UNCONTROLLED children in the store, to remove the them.

The customer service was awesome. Every charm that was needed was in stock. The store was smaller but easy to move around.
