I walked in and was greeted immediately by two associates. They immediately directed me towards the perfect graduation charm. They were friendly and warm. There was no time wasted, yet I didn’t feel rushed. My experience was awesome.

Maya M. Was very patient with me. Helped me. Walked me through everything. Showed me how to take care of my bracelet and everything. Very pleasant.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because Morgayne which was my salesperson helped me with no hesitation. She found the exact item and size that I originally thought was purchased gave me a more comfortable fit with a smooth exchange. I didn’t have to reach out to another salesperson or store manager. She told me over the phone that it was a problem she could for sure fix and she did exactly just that! Very pleased :)

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience due to the wonderful sales associate Kaitlin S. She was so patient with helping me create a new look for a new bracelet that I was putting together. Everytime that I visit this location I leave on cloud 9 with such beautiful purchases and the best customer service that a Pandora customer could receive. Not only is Kaitlin patient but she has an eye for jewelry coordination. She makes suggestions that I would not have dreamed of making for the most beautiful Pandora piece. Kaitlin makes my shopping experience worth the time and money that I spend with Pandora at the Beachwood Mall location.
