I went to the store for a deposit specific item, when I saw it I did not like it. The associate helped me choose something else along the same line, it was a butterfly pendant. I really liked it.

A few years ago I witnessed my coworker wearing a piece of jewelry purchased from Pandora. while during my nails at the mall I noticed the store, so I decided to stop by. I was impressed with what I saw and decided to start my very own collection

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I liked the more intimate setting that the new store has at the Beachwood mall. The staff is very knowledgeable, attendative, friendly, and professional every time I come into the store. I enjoy coming to the store because even though I have a list, If the store is out of something I wanted there's always something else just as beautiful to choose.

The store was busy and only two sales people available. When I finally received assistance the sale person was friendly and knowledgeable.
