Even though it was crowded the sales associate took great care of me. She helped recommend different charms for me that I love! Totally will come back!

I was looking for a ring that is online but will be retiring soon. I wanted to look at it and purchase it. But they had no record of it in the store or in the book they have with the rings in it. I was a little disappointed but I looked around and found something else I like.

After spending 158.00 on line and receiving a free gift that was beautiful, I was disappointed with the instore prices. So I spent another 243.00 and asked do I get another gift? My answer was "that program ended yesterday". I really had to debated whether I wanted the merchandise. Not Happy

I had a Pandora bracelet that I needed cleaned, the one sales girl said it was not real. I had told her I got this pandora bracelet before Pandora was in stores, I bought it from a jewelry store. she was trying to convince me that it was not real, all I did was want it cleaned. I didn't come in for anything else. I know it is a real Pandora, I should have said to her I bought this before you were born.... Anyway there was just no need for her comments.....

On the evening we purchased the ring we noticed a stone had already fallen out. The ring had to be returned less than 24 hours for purchase for exchange. The store did not have the same ring I bought my grand-daughter. Arrangements were made to ship it to her home address in Tennessee. Very inconvient exchange.

The selection was very poor and the associate was overly friendly but with no real knowledge about Pandora merchandise. She kept complaining to me about how out of everything they were and it would be about two weeks before they got more merchandise in. I drove over an hour to get to the store to buy a couple charms they were out of. It would've been nice if she had tried to sell me on other charms instead. She was uninformed about a lot of Pandora merchandise and the store was out of A LOT

I my last 3 visit the inventory to choose from is very slim: I received a refund on product I bought in March that still is not instock, the jewelry box promo in April they had nothing I wanted instock yet I walked out of the store and purchased it online from another Jewlry store. Last night my friend walked out as you had none of the items she wanted and we purchased them online from a different retailer. Sad to say if this continues will will be placing all our orders from the other store. Between the 3 of us we spend about $1K on all the promotions pandora has, but the out of stocks are killing your business with us.

had to order the ring my size and took months to get it in. they never notified me they had it. i had to keep going back to the store and asking
