First off, the associate knew nothing about what I wanted. She was rude, and didn't want to help me. She would only show me charms on the top shelf not willing to get anything else out. My niece really wanted a bracelet so I waited, and finally got something. When I was purchasing, the associate charged me for someone else's purchase. Being the holidays, I am on a budget. With over $200 taken out of my account since it was debit, I am still waiting for the funds. So frustrating. The manager was very rude and said I guess you will just have to wait for your money. I won't be back.
