There were a few items that they did have on hand at the store. Other than that the sales person was very helpful.

selection was down given the free bracelet promo but the bracelet I wanted wasn't available online so couldn't mix and match

Upon the exchange the representative acted as if she didn't want to exchange my items.

What I wanted was not available in the store. The sale person really didn't want to contact another store. She said they probably won't answer and when she called they didn't or she really didn't call them at all.

I was very satisfied with my service. The staff was helpful. It was no fault other than my own as to why the item purchased did not fit my bracelet.

We we’re looking for a ring for my daughter birthday. We found one she liked. When we got home looked online and found several more options that she liked that store didn’t have.
