Limited selection, wasn’t given information On the different sizes bracelets cone in, and was basically told to go to the Naperville store to find if I was looking for something else

Customer service is not good I’m feeling like the people work here don’t appreciate you customers but I like the quality of the product!

I went in the store to get my daughter a bracelet and a few charms for her birthday. I ended up leaving with a bracelet because it was very few charms to choose from.

The store did not have the product I was looking for in stock, the cleaning kit. I decided to get the cleaning cloths for now. The staff was pressing available.

It was exactly what i saw online the sparkling freehand heart charm was beautiful i was glad they had that one in store even though they didn’t have the harry potter golde snitch that was one of the first reason i step to store but even though they didnt have that one I purchased something else and everything was great!

THIS complaint is with the store manager...not this associate, Bella. I called the store numerous times, including "as I was speaking to the manager", and he did not answer why no one was answering the phone. He said it's busy at times. I said "like now?...when there is hardly anyone in the store"?, while I held the phone up to him showing him that the store number was ringing on my phone. He didn't care. Very dismissive. Also, in the autumn I received a postcard in the mail for $25 off $25 +. I called this store asking if they would honor eventhough the Bolingbrook location was not specified on the postcard. They said no...not in the franchise. Around Christmas I was in the store inquiring about the small silver O pendant, which they still didn't have in stock. I brought the postcard up to this same manager and he said they did honor it. SERIOUSLY? I could have used it for that O pendant, which they did have in stock at the time. I'm STILL WAITING for them to have that pendant in stock and missed out on that $25 off promotion and the 35% off during Black Friday...even Cyber Monday. Anyway, I will not return to this store because of that manager's poor service.

i would have like to see more options the sales person was actually trying to show me what i wanted, unfortunately some of the charms i wanted were not available.
