Every time I go to this location they never have the charm I want, so in return i have to drive to another location to get what i want.

I have been to Pandora store about 3 times. First time and second time we're in Naperville and nobody help me out with anything so the last time I have been to Bolingbrook. It's actually a lot of people there but staff was great, pay attention and try to help what I want.

The store didn’t not carry a specific charm I was presumed to buy. The sales representative wasn’t able to provide a similar style. The store”s stock was very limited.

The Sales Associate we were working with was slow. She had a hard time finding the products we wanted to buy in the binder with the bar codes. Then, when I went to pay with e-gift certificates, she could not manually enter the GC# correctly even after several attempts. The store manager had to do it for her.

Long wait and did not fully have what I was looking for, but I did find an alternative.

Service was slow not enough staff working

When I arrived at 10 minutes after they opened on a sale day, there were only 2 sales people working. I waited over 30 minutes to be taken care of. I feel this is poor service for the day of sale.
