The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a day when there was a larger discount so I expected a madhouse. Although I had a wait because they were waiting for staff to come in, it wasn't that bad. my salesperson knew her merchandise and I got some really cute pieces.

The sales person Latonia was very easy to work with and though what I was looking for was not easily seen even though it was released on my visit and promoted on your sites she located it for me in their inventory.

I felt the associate was a bit pushy with her suggestions. I went in there to replace a ring I lost and get the same size I had before. She kept insisting I get a smaller size even though I expressed to her several times what I wanted. Plus it took her a very long time to find different sizes and all the other rings I was trying on. With having two toddlers with me time is of the essence.

I actually had no issue. I was satisfied with my visit. So many beautiful charms I didn’t know which one to choose.

The wait time to be helped. The charm I was purchasing had to get polished and was the only one in stock. How overpriced the products are.

I liked the sale. People were friendly. Always fun to shop Pandora.

Was hoping to find travel charms relating to Italy or Greece but they are not available. Ended up with a passport charm and an anniversary charm that was very nice.

We were there to return a bracelet in order to get a better deal with the discount. The way we were planning on doing it took a while for the sales associates to understand. In the end, we left satisfied.
