I have visited this location before and was extremely satisfied. Unfortunately this sales associated was not vey helpful . She did not offer to show me things, handed me a book and said it would be easier for me to find things and tell her.

I was highly satisfied, I found what I was looking for and they helped me really good. Very good friendly.

Items that I was wanting to purchase were not available. Three trips to this store and I wasn't able to get the desired charm.

I needed to exchange a bracelet and buy 2 items. They could only exchange the bracket since they were out of the other items that I wanted. I had to go online to purchase those item and I hope I receive them in time for mother’s day.

I was thrilled to find the dragonfly in the spring collection. I got the beautiful necklace and ring, but was bummed there was no matching earrings. There were other necklaces, rings and earrings that matched as a set. No dragonfly earrings though...

I wish there was just a section in the store with all the charms in one place so the customers can look at them all in person rather than having to look everywhere in the store or having to be told to look at the catalog first if you don’t know exactly what you want to look at. I didn’t really like that I had to choose which one I want to look at just so the employee can pull the tray or find the charm to view. I feel bad if I want to look at a lot of different charms in person and so it kind of forces me to be selective.

I absolutely LOVE pandora but was a little disappointed when I picked out 4 charms online and in the pamphlet that I really liked and none were available! I mostly went in there to start a new bracelet but I wanted to buy an affordable charm to start it off. the vintage A would have been perfect but unfortunately it was out of stock. Otherwise the store is beautiful and the jewelry is immaculent. The service was great too but attendant could have been a little more knowledgable. Overall, satisfied with my new bangle.

There is only one reason and it is that the rings that I kept choosing were not available in my size, so that was disappointing. I did ultimately find a ring, just not the kind that I really wanted. I also found 3 charms.

It was busy but the salesperson was patience. The selection was good and the sale was great.

the store was somewhat crowded and several of the items I was interested in were not available. often the associates don't know where items are and need to ask others where to locate items.
