Looks very nice

This store doesn't seem to carry many items. One item in particular I was looking for, they didn't have also.

I received a bit of attitude from the associate. I received a gift for my bday without a receipt and I just wanted to exchange it for a different item. I felt that that should be done without any issues.

There was a particular item that I was looking for but it wasn’t available in the store

I spent $250.00 and i received two bangles. In the past when I have spent that much I was able to return the free braclet for a credit and pick something g else out. This year they said NO! What am I going to do with two bangles. Don't say give as a gift. I would like the opportunity to return and pick something else out.

Was looking for a certain piece and they couldn't find it

The person wasn't helpful and not so nice.The thing I was looking for wasn't expose just in catalogue.

The staff was somewhat welcoming, but didn’t seem happy. While I found what I was looking for, I thought that they could have offered more knowledge and information on what I was looking for.

I was surprised by my husband with visit to Pandora for my birthday on my birthday. I chose a charm that is a card that opens up with a greeting but after wearing it for a few hours realized that it continued to open. I will be returning to exchange this item. The overall experience was great just not pleased with this charm.

The cleaning machine was broken the bracelet I bought broke. Not good quality for the money
