Pandora store wasn't well stocked with several new products. Was reviewing products on line and in booklet, and items weren't in store.

I waited well over 40 minutes to be helped. The associate did not seem to want to spend time with me once I was helped. In the past, the associates would help me design my bracelet and offer to put the new charms on. She did not even offer. With the amount of money that is spent in the store, I was disappointed that I couldn’t get a small cleaning cloth without paying for one.

This seems to be the case with all Pandora locations I have visited, the wait time to be helped is usually 20-30 mins on average for me. As for what we purchased, the free leather bracelet actually broke less than 24 hours after our purchase, and after only being worn for about 8 hours. The quality of the jewelry does not seem to be what it used to be.

My purchase was a gift for my sister in law which the associate already knew after she greeted me. I had to ask for gift receipt... which is not a huge deal. When i looked in the bag, however, the white box was not wrapped. Every time I've bought a gift for someone here, it gets wrapped so i didn't think to look inside. Disappointed.

Visited on a weekday. Had to wait in line. Obviously it’s a busy time, however there were only two sales associates. Either on break or not there? It’s a shame there weren’t more. Staff was apologetic but that doesn’t cut it having been in sales FOREVER! Staffing should be a priority

Sales associate not helpful with suggestions for age of person that I was buying a gift for. Sales associate kept tray of rings under glass rather than allowing me to look at tray on counter. Made me feel like she thought I would swipe something right in front of her. Sales associate not very friendly when discussing a broken necklace that I had.
